Nutrition, movement, sleep. Optimise cardiovascular health. Lifestyle approach to peri-menopause/ menopause.
Week 5 & 6
Mind (2 x 60 min)
ACT & Coaching for stress, burnout, resilience, and emotional balance.
Week 7
Social (60 min)
Relationships, connection with partner, career focus, and alignment with purpose.
Week 8
Review & Next Steps (30 min)
Reflect on progress, celebrate wins, and create a plan to sustain change.
